The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) 2024 Refresh has established a qualified pool of Suppliers to provide services for any one or both of the following two (2) Service Streams:

SERVICE STREAM #1: Non-Executive Recruitment Services
SERVICE STREAM #2: Executive Search Services

on an as and when required basis, for a term from the effective date of the resulting Standing Offer(s) to expire no later than March 31, 2026.

A Professional Services Agreement for RFSO 2020-2532 has been awarded to multiple Suppliers as a result of the Initial RFSO and subsequent 2021 Refresh, 2022 Refresh, 2023 Refresh and 2024 Refresh.

There are no subsequent Annual Qualification Opportunities for this Standing Offer. This RFSO 2024 Refresh is the last and final Annual Qualification Opportunity under this RFSO. It is CDIC’s intent to publish a new RFSO in advance of the expiry date of the term.
