The solution will support CAF members and their families, administrators, policy developers, managers, and the public through automated policy development workflows, inquiry and complaint handling, and robust monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to maintain an authoritative, current policy corpus aligned with government priorities and evolving CAF needs.
