    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Division Mess in Regina requires the purchase of one (1) new full size combination oven to support food service operations. The oven will be used to prepare three meals per day, 363 days per year, for the cadet training program. The equipment is essential to maintaining consistent, high volume meal production.
    The RCMP also requires an option to purchase one (1) additional unit during the fiscal year April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

    This procurement is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.
    Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will
    be recommended for award of a contract.
