INSTRUCTIONS
3 patent categories are identified in the annexes (Statement of Work, Basis of Payment and Technical Evaluation) :

3. New Trends.

Bidders must complete the Technical Evaluation and Basis of Payment tables for each of the categories for which they wish to provide services.

Canada could issue up to 3 standing offers : One for each patent category.
Canada will consider the technically compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price for each of the 3 categories separately.
