The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and daily site supervision necessary to provide janitorial services in accordance with the Invitation to Tender and Annex “A” - Janitorial Services, for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Killarney Detachment (Manitoba) during the period of the contract. Cleaning will be required 3 times a week.
The contract period will be for two years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three additional one-year periods.
Security: This solicitation contains a security requirement.
Site Visit: A site visit is being offered. Please refer to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for additional details.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit as per page one of the Invitation to Tender (I.T.T.).

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
