This Guide shall provide guidelines for inspection, condition assessment, climate-resilience assessment, deterioration prediction, risk assessment, optimization of maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, functional improvement and climate change adaptation of highway bridges, towards the minimization of life cycle costs, reduction of risks of failure, and enhancement of the climate-resilience of Canada’s highway bridges.
