    General Requirements:

    The work covered under this project at Cap-Pelé harbour located in Westmorland County, New Brunswick, consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the construction of a launching ramp.The work under this contract consists of, but not limited to, the removal and disposal of the existing deteriorated concrete and timber crib launching ramp, encapsulation of the ramp approach cribwork section with rocks, constructing a service area, installation of (2) concrete block abutments, excavation to permit construction of the new launching ramp and disposal in the on-site containment cell, construction of a new reinforced concrete launching ramp on grade, east of its current location within the harbour basin, install class ‘A’ gravel, site restoration, and cleanup.

    Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract, including environmental controls and all associated items in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of this contract.Only items in the Unit Price Table will be measured for payment. All other work necessary to complete the Contract will be considered incidental to the project and will not be measured separately for payment.
