    The Department of National Defence requires professional services in support of business capability development on an “as and when requested” basis. The Contractor must provide support to Defence Supply Chain initiatives of enhancement, development, and implementation of Supply Chain and Materiel Acquisition and Support capabilities. The Contractor must also support the build for the planned DSC capital projects and initiatives in accordance with project directions and provide advice on the implementation of industry Supply Chain Management best practices.
