This system will enable non-destructive, high-resolution 3D imaging of the internal structure of solid-state materials with nanoscale spatial resolution. The equipment is unique due to its advanced imaging capabilities, precision in resolving fine structural details, and the ability to visualize internal features. the Nano CT system has broad potential applications and can significantly contribute to a wide range of research initiatives at NRC-Mississauga (NRC-M).
