The Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) 2022 Refresh is to establish a qualified pool of Suppliers to provide Business Continuity Management Services and Corporate Security Services for any one or both of the following two (2) Service Streams:
SERVICE STREAM #1: Business Continuity Management Services
SERVICE STREAM #2: Corporate Security Services
on an as and when required basis, for a period of approximately one year, that is from the effective date of the resulting Supply Arrangements to February 28, 2024, plus, at CDIC’s sole discretion, two (2) options to extend for a one (1)-year term, to expire no later than February 28, 2026, if exercised.
A Professional Services Agreement for RFSA 2020-2875 has been awarded to multiple Suppliers as a result of the Initial RFSA and subsequent 2021 Refresh.
