REQUIREMENT

The services of a heavy civil contractor are required to renovate Highway 436 and the L’Anse aux Meadows’ visitor centre accesses and parking areas. Work will include but not limited to culvert and guide rail replacements, parking lot extension (Visitor Centre parking lot), asphalt pulverization and placement of two (2) lifts of asphaltic concrete pavements (base and surface courses).

PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATE

Contractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than September 30, 2023.
