    The AVITI24 upgrade provides:

    • a 50% increase in sequencing output without altering existing workflows or consumables;
    • integrated in situ multiomics capabilities, enabling spatially resolved detection of transcripts, proteins, and morphological markers within intact cellular architecture;
    • a unified platform supporting both Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and high content spatial multiomics.

    This upgrade is essential to maintain compatibility with NRC’s existing AVITI infrastructure while expanding analytical capabilities.
