The work to be completed is described under Annex A – Statement of Work. Initial period of one year + 4 additional option years. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 9F023-23-0127 dated September 7, 2023 with a closing of September 22, 2023 at 2:00 pm (EDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
