    Airquity System Preventative Maintenance Service

    NRC has a requirement to maintain the Lab air quality system supplied by Airgenuity.

    The Department of National Research Council of Canada has a requirement to maintain the condition and efficiency of the lab air quality system for the existing labs and the new ones added during Phase II.

    The work will involve the following:
    • Sensor exchange, funtional testing, element replacement
    • Replacement of any electronic component that fails or does not operate to design
    • Vacuum test of the air sampling networks for branch integrity
    • Confirm low voltage power connections for the systems
    • System (Factory software) configuration where required to change point names or modify BACnet
    • Confirm system reporting graphs performance and integration mapping
