    Cimota Inc.

The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) wishes to proceed with protection work on its Batiscan FA navigational aid structure. The work to be accomplished consists mainly of installing protective sheet piling in line with the existing footing, and injecting concrete filler to fill the cavity beneath the structure.
In order to do the work, the Coast Guard wishes to mandate a specialized contractor to provide the labor, materials, tools, equipment and services required to carry out the following work, in accordance with the attached plan.
The contractor mandated for the project will provide and install the protective sheet piling specified on the plans, as well as the concrete fill under the structure. The work will require the use of a mechanical shovel to drive the sheet piles.
The Batiscan FA structure is located in the municipality of Batiscan and is accessible by road. The structure's latitude and longitude coordinates are: 46°30'33.503'' N, -72°14'24.57'' W.
As part of the structure is located in the water, work will be carried out at low tide to prevent machinery from circulating in the river. The contractor is responsible for coordinating the work with the tides and protecting the environment from any contaminants.
