    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to modernize policy processes through a digital transformation initiative. Director General Human Capital Management Modernization – Military (DGHCMM-M) requires the support of Level 3 Technical Architect to assess the viability, scalability, and integration of digital solutions across complex legislative, regulatory, and procedural frameworks. This service is critical to ensuring that proposed systems are technically sound, interoperable with existing infrastructure, and capable of supporting long-term modernization goals.

    This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.
