Notice of Proposed Procurement:
The Contractor must provide two (2) fully automated 500 W proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) test stations for delivery to National Research Council Canada 4250 Westbrook Mall, Vancouver, BC V6T 1W5 in accordance with the Statement of Requirement at Annex "A".
