    DESCRIPTION:
    Agriculture and Agri Food Canada's Brandon Research and Development Centre (BRDC) requires the following approximate acres custom combined: 50 acres of Barley, 360 acres of wheat, 130 acres of peas, 255 acres of soybeans, 80 acres of corn and 580 acres of canola custom combined at the 4 sites operated by BRDC. All fields are within a 25 kilometer radius of the Brandon Research and Development Centre.

    Supply all labor, materials, fuel, equipment, and supervision necessary to custom combine approximately 1,500 acres of various varieties of crop at the BRDC. Provide accurate and mapped yield and moisture information.

    This bid solicitation is to establish a contract. The contract period will be for one year from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024 inclusive with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three (3) additional one-year periods.

    Mandatory Technical Requirements
    Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria.

    Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
