Work of this Contract comprises renovations to Government of Canada Building located in Canmore, Alberta. Work includes, but is not limited to the following:

- Selective interior demolition of existing partitions, doors and frames, millwork and miscellaneous mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Patching and preparation of existing surfaces ready to receive new finishes.
- Supply and installation of new millwork as specified and detailed on Drawings.
- Miscellaneous renovations to existing areas.
- Supply and installation of new wood doors and steel frames.
- Supply and installation of new steel doors and frames.
- Supply and installation of new wall, ceiling and floor finishes.
- Supply and installation of miscellaneous washroom fixtures and accessories
- Mechanical and electrical work as specified and indicated on Drawings.
