    Construction Scope

    The Lark Harbour SAR Interior Recapitalization Project will consist of demolition/removal and installation of new interior kitchen including appliances. Installation of new design elements adjacent to kitchen area including but not limited to lounge areas dining spaces and hallways. the replacement of stair treads in stairwells with rubber safety-certified treads to improve safety and aesthetics including stair rail upgrades, upgrades to lighting in common areas and kitchen. Installation of flooring, partition wall construction, interior painting and glazing work. Construction is to be completed 8 weeks after award.
