NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure Qty one (1) Beavertail Trailer –for delivery to Canadian Forces Base (JTFN) Yellowknife. The requested delivery date is 180 days after contract award.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement (CLCA): Tlicho Land Claims Agreement (2005)
