Requirement:
Natural Resources Canada wishes to acquire one (1) Universal Testing Machine (UTM) and associated accessories described herein. The system is to be used primarily for the testing of crushing strength of iron ore pellets and must meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined in the Statement of Requirements and in accordance with the mandatory evaluation criteria.

The mandatory technical criteria are:
The responsive bidder already holding a Supply arrangement for Laboratory and Scientific Equipment, Parts and Accessories, Services and Supplies from Public Works and Government Services Canada who meets the mandatory technical criteria with the lowest aggregate price will be recommended for contract award.
