Requirements may include, but are not limited to:
a. Implementation of approved business processes for INFC’s Grants and Contributions Information Management System (GCIMS).
b. Advice and guidance on functional design recommendations and emerging technologies.
c. Translation of approved functional and business requirements into technical requirements and design specifications.
d. Migration of legacy data and functionality to GCIMS.
e. Quality Assurance and Testing of new and existing functionalities.
f. Guidance and support to individuals and teams to help manage the changes as business processes are digitalized.
The Contractor’s resources, with experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions and associated business processes, will be required to support various requirements as identified in the applicable Task Authorization (TA).
