The Wiarton Town Wharf is located in Wiarton, Ontario, on the west shore of Georgian Bay approximately 30 km northwest of Owen Sound (Coordinates: 44.74487, -81.13454).

The purpose of this contract is to fill voids below the existing concrete using polyurethane foam and complete concrete patch repairs. The work includes, but is not limited to:
• Filling voids: surface preparation, drilling of injection holes, filling voids below concrete deck, patching injection holes.
• Patch repairs: saw cutting and removal existing concrete, placing reinforcing steel and pouring new concrete.

It is anticipated the Contractor can perform and complete the Work in five (5) days or less. All Work must be completed by November 15, 2024.
