Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to provide shuttle services for recruits participating in its Correctional Training Program (CTP).
Objectives: To provide a shuttle services, on an as and when requested basis, for recruits of CSC’s National Training Academy (NTA) located in Kingston Ontario.
Deliverables:
The Contractor must provide:
• Round trip shuttle service for up to 32 CTP recruits from the NTA to various firearms ranges located in the Kingston Ontario area. CSC will base the schedule for transport to the specified firearms ranges on the NTA’s schedule when a training program is in progress, and the contractor must provide shuttle services in the morning and evening of the training day.
• Shuttle service must arrive at the National Training Academy no later than 07:45 hrs on firearms training days and must provide the last drop off back to the NTA at 16:30 hrs.
• Shuttle service on CTP graduation days for the Graduation Dinner. The Contractor must pick up recruits from the NTA at 17:15 hrs and and drop them off back to the NTA after 20:30 hrs.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period from the date of contract award to one (1) year later; with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
