Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for ongoing Power House Maintenance in Eureka, Nunavut (NU) as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex “A” to the bid solicitation. The period of the contract is from date of award for two (2) years plus two (2) additional one-year option periods.

As this requirement has been solicited twice before (in calendar year 2022), receiving two bids during each solicitation from the same Bidders, whereby both Bidders were declared non-responsive each time, ECCC has decided to solicit directly to the two Bidders via email. To help facilitate responsive bids, ECCC has removed the Point-Rated Technical Criteria from Part 4 - Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection of the solicitation.

For your information, the two (2) Suppliers invited to bid on this solicitation are as follows (in alphabetical order):
    • Cummins Canada ULC
