Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for monthly, seasonal, mid-year and annual preventative mechanical maintenance on all Temperature Control Systems and Environmental Mechanical Systems at Maidstone RCMP Detachment.
The period of the Contract is twenty-four (24) months. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month period(s) under the same conditions.
Security Requirements: There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract for a specific location with the lowest bid amount.
