    Placing, lifting, removal, maintaining and servicing Buoys in the Province of Prince Edward Island.

    In Summary, the Contractor is required to:

    .1 Provide their own vessel to complete this requirement.
    .2 Inspect all buoys once a year.
    .3 Place buoys on position in accordance with navigational requirements using GPS when required;
    .4 Maintain buoys on position and in operation;
    .5 Change lanterns as required
    .6 Lift, remove, place, store or change buoys as required.
    .7 Complete Buoy Service Reports as required

    All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than 10 calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
