Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Health Services require the services of a Primary Care Physician for Grierson Institution in the Prairie Region.
Objectives: The Contractor (Primary Care Physician – PCP) must provide and actively participate in the coordination of essential health care services to offenders, referred to as patients in this notice, in collaboration with the Institution's inter-disciplinary health care team.
Deliverables: The Contractor (PCP) must provide integrated, trauma informed, culturally appropriate Primary Care health services to patients, as requested by the Project Authority, consistent with the Performance standards outlined in this statement of work.

Period of the Contract: The work is to be performed during the period of December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2028.
