Green Freight Program Impact Data Analysis & Reporting Tool (Estimated Fuel and GHG-Reduction Calculator and Dashboard)

By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for:
The objective of this work is to design, develop and deploy a digital tool (calculator and dashboard) for analyzing and reporting the fuel and GHG reductions of the projects funded under the Green Freight Program. This tool will allow the Program team to systematically track, calculate and report on key metrics for each project. Key requirements include embedded calculations, a functionality for data entry for measuring future projects and reporting features. The calculator must use established formulas to estimate fuel savings (liters) and GHG reductions (tonnes of CO₂e) for all eligible activities under Streams 1 and 2 of the green freight program. It must allow program staff to add new project data, generate dashboards for monitoring and decision-making.
