The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a registered psychologist to provide psychological services on an as-and-when required basis.
The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods.
To ensure the RCMP’s operational requirements are maintained, delivery of the services will be at the RCMP Occupational Health Unit in St. John’s, NL. This health facility includes all necessary equipment and supplies.
There is a Security Requirement associated with this contract. Psychologists that are under contract with the RCMP must maintain RCMP Top Secret security clearance.
Basis of selection:
To be declared responsive, a bid must:
a. comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation; and
b. meet all mandatory criteria; and
c. score between 0 and 28 points for the technical evaluation criteria which are subject to point rating. The rating is performed on a scale of 28 points. There is no minimum required.
The selection will be based on the highest responsive combined rating of technical merit and price.
