Sonobuoy Test Processor (STP) Maintenance

The Department of National Defence (DND), Director of Aerospace Equipment Program Management (Maritime) (DAEPM(M)) has a requirement for the provision of Sonobuoy Test Processor (STP) maintenance services. The Contractor must provide Repair, Overhaul and Maintenance which includes both hardware and software of the STP. The STP is a 16-channel sonobuoy processor used at CFMETR in Nanoose Bay, British Columbia for sonobuoy testing. There are two STP systems installed at CFMETR and a hot bench STP system at MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA), Dartmouth, Nova Scotia for system development and testing. Each system provides simultaneous signal and display processing for up to 16 channels, while digitally recording up to 32 channels of data

The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of PROTECTED B, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

This contract includes access to Controlled Goods. Prior to access, the contractor must be registered in the Controlled Goods Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.
