Description of Requirement:
Transport Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to provide safe and efficient water transportation services for Transport Canada Marine Safety Inspectors (MSI’s) to vessels (primarily oil tankers) in the Saint John New Brunswick Harbour, and its environs on an “as-and-when required” basis.
The Contractor is to supply all labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform work as specified in Annex “A” - Statement of Work provided.
Period of the Contract:
The period of the Contract is from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2026, with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.
Enquires – Bid Solicitation:
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be addressed prior to the bid closing date.
Process and Selection Methodology:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The Lowest Bid meeting all the mandatory requirements will be recommended for award of contract.
