    REQUIREMENT

    Parks Canada requires architectural and engineering services to undertake asset assessments to improve PCA's understanding of maintenance requirements necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of PCA's assets, and produce funding estimates to support efforts to plan resource allocations.

    PERIOD OF CONTRACT

    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 4, 2024 inclusive.

    COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENT

    This procurement is subject to the following comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s):

    Champagne and Aishihik First Nations Final Agreement, Kluane First Nation Final Agreement, Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement, Carcross/Tagish First Nations Final Agreement, Inuvialuit Final Agreement and Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement.

    National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.     The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
