Title: Building Automation System Maintenance Services

Description of Requirement:
Transport Canada has a requirement for a contractor to provide maintenance services of the Building Automation System and the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system of the Wabush Airport. The Contractor must provide the personnel, equipment and supervision necessary to perform the work related to the maintenance services at the Wabush Airport, in Wabush, NL.

Period of the Contract:
The period of the Contract is from April 7, 2026 to March 31, 2028, with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.
