Work under this requirement consists of the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, tools, fuel, travel expenses and equipment to conduct Airfield SNIC operations to include plowing, sweeping, application of de-icers and snow hauling, for all areas located within the General Restricted Area (GRA) of the Garrison Petawawa Heliport. This is an annual service contract to be invoiced over six (6) months from November to April for each year of the contract. The active SNIC operations season is from 15 October to 15 April each year.
