Process: The Audio visual SA consists of thirty-four (34) SA Holders for requirements ranging between $0 and $2.000, 000.00. The Supply Arrangement Request for Proposal (SARFP) will be sent to five (5) pre-qualified suppliers against the Supply Arrangement for Audio Visual Production Services EN578-220462. Supply Arrangement Holders will be invited to submit a proposal for this solicitation process based on the following selection process: • One (1) SA holder chosen by the client should they wish ; • Two (2) or Three (3) SA holders picked on a Rotational basis; and • Two (2) SA holder selected at Random by PWGSC. The “random” selection will be made from the list of SA holders using the RAND () function in Microsoft Excel. This SARFP is being issued pursuant to the terms of SA # EN578-220462 and will be sent directly by email to the bidders via SAP ARIBA. The five (5) firms for this requirement are: Vaudeville groupe creatif inc Double Barrel Studios inc Hyperactive Productions inc Onetrackmind Oranje Groupe inc These firms will be given ten (10) business days to submit their proposals. BASIS OF SELECTION AND EVALUATION CRITERIA Bidders will be evaluated as follow : 70% for Technical Score 30% for Financial Score To establish the technical merit score, the overall technical score for each responsive bid will be determined as follows: total number of points obtained / maximum number of points available multiplied by the ratio of 70 %. To establish the pricing score, each responsive bid will be prorated against the lowest evaluated price and the ratio of 30 %.
