This contract was awarded to:

Work under the Standing Offer comprises the material, labour, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to supply and deliver, excavating, repairs and backfilling of underground water and sewers to require density and compaction specifications within CFB (Canadian Forces Base) Suffield (including other utility infrastructure at village of Ralston, CFB Suffield utility and natural gas field locations and other off base, DND (Department of Defence) utility infrastructure) on an “as required” basis by DND in the form of call-ups for provision of underground utility services. The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years. It is anticipated that only one (1) firm will be issued a Standing Offer.
