the demolition of an existing timber piled wharf structure and replacing it with a new steel piled wharf structure with concrete deck.
Encapsulating an existing marginal timber structure in a new steel pile structure.
Removing the timber decking from an existing timber crib structure, raising it by one metre and installing a new concrete deck.
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 72 weeks of contract award.
