W6895-220084 - General Construction Services Standing Offer, 4 Wing, Cold Lake, AB Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) must comprise the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide general construction services to buildings and structures at 4 Wing Cold Lake and Primrose Lake Evaluation Range (located 40 kilometers north of Cold Lake with an area of approximately 180 x 65 km that straddles the Alberta and Saskatchewan border). The work will be performed on an as and when required basis. Individual scopes of work may cover a wide range of repair, maintenance and new construction activities, including: building envelope, structural and partition framing, doors (including Overhead), windows, interior and exterior finishing, drywall, siding and flashing, roofing, eavestroughs, painting, flooring, ceilings, decking, cabinetry, counters, shelving, insulating, masonry, concrete, chainlink fencingoccassional electrical, plumbing, heating, refrigeration (HVAC), or Fire alarm work may be required for certain renovationscontractor will supply and install scaffolding, safety fencing, safety equipment (fall arrest, PPE, etc), ladders and/or mechanized aerial lift machinery as requiredcontractor will comply with all current building, health and safety codes and regulations (Provincial and Federal); also contractor must comply with all local DND security requirementsMaterial Safety Data Sheets must be kept at each worksite for every product being used; workers must be properly trained, be aware of the hazards, and follow safe work procedures (such as proper ventilation setup and wear the recommended personal protective equipment)potential work around hazardous materials, including asbestos, mold, lead paint as well as aircraft exhaust and extreme noise levelsFurther details can be found in the Annex section.
