Low Pressure Laminates and Particle Boards

Correctional Services of Canada’s (CSC) CORCAN program has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Low Pressure Laminates (plastic laminate) and particle boards, in accordance with the specifications outlined in Annex "A" - Statement of Requirement, to various locations across Canada, on an as-and when requested basis, during the period of the National Individual Standing Offer. The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer for the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers. The intent is to issue one (1) National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for all the following regions, as stated in Annex “A” Statement of Requirement, 4.2 Delivery Locations: Pacific, Prairies, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic. The resulting NISO will have an initial period from issue date to March 31, 2024 plus an additional 4 one-year option periods.

This RFSO solicitation cancels and supersedes previous solicitation number 21C11-231736/A (WS3823344777)dated January 13, 2023with a closing of February 6, 2023 at 14:00 EST. A debrief has been provided to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
