A Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) will be awarded for a one year period to supply and deliver fluid milk and cream products to delivery zones in Nova Scotia and the island of Newfoundland. See solicitation document for more detailed descriptions of the delivery zones and locations. Delivery will be required for both static kitchens, as well as DND and CCG vessels.
