The objective of this work is to upgrade the existing workflows, software and onsite backend hardware to a fully supported and current version of the Contractor’s Multi-Biometric Identification System (MBIS) software. The upgrade includes data migration and testing. Also required is on-site preventive maintenance and remedial hardware and software support as well as telephone and on¬line support services across all Canadian time zones for the existing 39 Livescan devices.
