All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 09 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.NPP A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of various explosive products for avalanche control on an as needed basis to various national mountain parks is required by the Parks Canada Agency, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must comply with all Requirements identified in this Annex Statement Of Requirement in order to consider the bid compliant. The proposed Standing Offer is for a period from award contract to December 31, 2024 with two (2) - one (1) year options period.
