The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish one or more Regional Individual Standing Offers, (RISO’s) for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to rent snowmobiles, snowmobile tubs/skimmers and trailers for transporting the snowmobiles, as required by the Department of National Defence (DND) for tasking or exercises in Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and the United States. The period of the Standing Offer will be 3 years, the first award year and two (2) one year option periods starting from date of award.
