DFO requires IT Professional Services with expertise and experience in Data and Analytics digital transformations. More specifically, the Contractor will bring knowledge, capabilities, and experience to DFO by 1) supporting, leading and assisting with implementation of departmental data strategies and solutions, undertaking business requirements analysis, data architecture and data modeling, developing and delivering change management initiatives and plans, developing business transformation plans, and liaising or supporting the liaison with other parties (such as Other Government Departments, 3rd party vendors, integrators, etc.); and 2)supporting, leading and assisting with the design, development, implementation, administration, maintenance and support of DFO’s cloud based applications, workloads, platforms and services, advisory and onboarding services for large data and analytics digital transformations.
