The Contractor must provide all tools, replacement or repair parts, materials, Personal Protective Equipment, services and labour, including the labour for emergency and regular trouble calls to execute the work required for the maintenance and service of the Building Automation Control Systems equipment referred to in Annex F — Statement of Work on the terms and conditions contained herein and must execute such work in a careful and workmanlike manner for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at Supreme Court of Canada at 301 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON. The period of the contract will be for a period of five (3) years, with Canada retaining irrevocable option to extend the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions.
