IRB-RPD requires post-production support and maintenance (including revisions and updates as needed) for five (5) animated videos that were produced by Affinity Production Group. These videos are to be posted on IRB’s website, and social media platforms, including but not limited to social media platforms such as YouTube. The videos are designed to provide information to refugee claimants on the refugee process at the IRB, which will support claimants in preparing for and attending their refugee claim hearings. Additionally, the RPD may wish to develop and have additional videos produced to reflect future changes to the refugee claim process as needed.
