Island Rock Energy Corp
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Government of Canada, requires the provision of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) of up to 100,600 MWh per year for a term of twenty (20) years. Given the deregulated nature of the Alberta market, Canada is anticipating interest from Generators located within the Province of Alberta. Solutions proposed in other provinces will be considered so long as they meet all of the mandatory criteria specified herein.
