The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a digital virtual trainer (DVT) enterprise license, support, training, and additional services. DVT is one of the core CA and joint simulation software applications used in exercises, training events and experiments. Contract will be issued to Bohemia Simulations Inc. on 4 March 2025, with a delivery date of 10 days on or before contract award, and a total value of CAD $7,123,287.00 This contract will be to provide a perpetual software license to DND with Yearly Maintenance and Support. There will also be potential Task Authorizations (TA) that will arise to add elements to the software by the potential supplier and the work may be performed an "as and when requested basis" using a TA. The anticipated period of the contract is 5 years and 3 optional 1 year periods.
